About BAC Pest Control

After years working in pest control, I kept seeing the same thing — inflated packages, unnecessary add-ons, technicians treating the symptom because the upsell was easier than diagnosing the cause. BAC is my answer to that. You get an honest inspection, a straight diagnosis, and treatment for what's actually there. Nothing more gets sold.
What Makes Us Different
I've spent years in this industry. I know what a proper inspection looks like, and I know what a shortcut looks like. The shortcut is faster, and it leads to a bigger bill. I don't take shortcuts — not because it's a policy, but because I wouldn't want someone doing that in my home.
Every BAC service starts with a real on-site inspection. I locate the pest, identify the species, find the entry points and harborage areas, and tell you exactly what I found before any treatment begins. If the problem is smaller than you expected, I'll tell you that too.
And we follow up. A treatment without a follow-up visit is a guess, not a service. Follow-ups are scheduled into every program we run — and you can call between visits if something comes up.

We hold a Structural Extermination licence and full commercial liability insurance. Treatments are performed in accordance with Ontario requirements and product labels.

Where pest biology and infestation severity allow, we offer low-impact and eco-friendly treatment options. We explain the tradeoffs honestly.
